🔹 Whole System Not Working
Power check
Ensure the display, camera, and speaker bar/microphone are all plugged in and powered on.
Check the power sockets and confirm switches are turned on.
If connected to a power strip, make sure it’s switched on.
Cabling
Check all HDMI/USB/network cables are securely connected.
Look for any obvious cable damage.
Restart
Power everything off (PC, screen, peripherals).
Wait 10 seconds, then power back on in this order: Display → Camera/Speaker bar → PC.
🔹 Camera Issue
Connections
Ensure the camera’s USB/HDMI cable is plugged into the room PC.
Try a different USB port if possible.
Software check
Open your video app (Teams/Zoom/etc.) → check camera settings.
Select the correct camera from the dropdown list.
Restart test
Unplug and reconnect the camera.
Restart the PC if not detected.
🔹 Speaker Bar / Microphone Issue
Connections
Check USB or audio cables are connected firmly.
If wireless (Bluetooth), ensure it is paired and not muted.
PC audio settings
Right-click the speaker icon → select “Sound settings.”
Confirm the correct speaker/microphone is selected as the default device.
Test
Play a test sound (e.g., from YouTube or Windows Sound Test).
In your video app, check microphone input levels are moving when you speak.
