1. Basic checks
Make sure the panel has power (look for lights or display on the screen).
Check that no circuit breakers or switches have been turned off.
If the screen is completely black, try pressing the power button (if available).
2. Screen response
Tap the screen with your finger (not with gloves or objects).
If the screen doesn’t respond, clean it gently with a dry, soft cloth to remove dust or smudges.
Try a different part of the screen to see if any area responds.
3. Restart the panel
If possible, restart the panel:
Either use the on-screen power/restart option, or
Turn power off at the switch (or breaker), wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
4. Connections
If your panel is connected to other devices (e.g., network, controller box), check that all cables are firmly plugged in.
Make sure no cables look damaged or loose.
5. After restart
Once powered back on, check if the touch function works again.
Try opening or controlling one simple function to confirm.
If the problem persists, please Submit a Ticket to our support teams with the following details:
Panel model
Serial number (if known)
What you saw on the screen (blank, frozen, error message, etc.)
