1. Prepare the Room
Wake the touch panel and turn on the displays.
Make sure microphones, cameras, and speakers are powered on.
Connect your laptop to the room system if presenting slides.
2. Start your Meeting
Use the touch panel to join a scheduled Teams or Zoom meeting, or start a new one using Meet / Meet Now.
Check that remote participants can see and hear the room audio and video.
3. Start your Meeting
Wired Sharing (Recommended for Best Quality)
Connect your laptop using HDMI or USB-C.
On the touch panel, tap Share → PC / Laptop / HDMI.
Wireless Sharing
Tap Share → Wireless Presentation / ClickShare.
Follow on-screen instructions to start sharing.
Only one person can present at a time.
4. Manage Audio
Speak clearly into the room microphones.
Use the Microphone icon on the touch panel to mute/unmute.
Confirm that remote participants can hear you.
For large rooms, table or ceiling microphones may be used; lapel or handheld mics can help for mobility.
5. Manage Camera
Use the Camera controls on the touch panel.
Select a preset for presenter view, audience view, or whiteboard.
Face the camera when addressing remote participants.
6. Interact with Both Audiences
Repeat questions from in-room students for remote participants.
Ask remote participants to unmute or use chat for questions.
Monitor chat or participant list for any issues.
7. End the Lecture
Stop sharing content.
Tap Leave or End Meeting on the touch panel.
Disconnect your laptop if connected.
Safely shut down any wireless microphones if used.
Helpful Tips
Test the system 10–15 minutes before class.
Avoid moving microphones or cameras while presenting.
Use wired sharing for higher-quality video and slides.
Confirm remote participants can see and hear before starting.
