Find the room connection cable
Usually HDMI or USB-C on the table or wall.
Use an adapter if your laptop needs one.

Plug the cable into your laptop
Make sure it’s firmly connected on both ends.

Select the laptop input
On the room touch panel or controller, choose PC, Laptop, or HDMI.

Turn on screen sharing on your laptop
Windows: Press Windows + P → select Duplicate
Mac: System Settings → Displays → turn on Mirror Displays

Check audio (if needed)
Set your laptop’s audio output to the room speakers.
If You Don’t See Your Screen
Confirm the correct input is selected on the room control panel.
Unplug and reconnect the cable.
Try a different cable or adapter if available.
Restart your laptop.
Try another laptop to test the room system.
If Audio Is Not Working
Increase volume on both the laptop and room system.
Make sure the room speakers are selected as the audio output.
Reconnect the cable to reset audio.
