How do I connect my laptop to the room system?

Step-by-Step

1. Find the room connection cable

   • Usually HDMI or USB-C on the table or wall.

   • Use an adapter if your laptop needs one.

2. Plug the cable into your laptop

   • Make sure it’s firmly connected on both ends.

3. Select the laptop input

   • On the room touch panel or controller, choose PC, Laptop, or HDMI.

4. Turn on screen sharing on your laptop

   • Windows: Press Windows + P → select Duplicate

   • Mac: System Settings → Displays → turn on Mirror Displays

5. Check audio (if needed)

   • Set your laptop’s audio output to the room speakers.

If You Don’t See Your Screen

• Confirm the correct input is selected on the room control panel.

• Unplug and reconnect the cable.

• Try a different cable or adapter if available.

• Restart your laptop.

• Try another laptop to test the room system.

If Audio Is Not Working

• Increase volume on both the laptop and room system.

• Make sure the room speakers are selected as the audio output.

• Reconnect the cable to reset audio.
